Most Hyrox plans
turn lifters into runners.
This one keeps your strength and builds the engine on top of it.
Physique first.
Hyrox is 8 km of running and 8 stations. Train it like a pure endurance event and you get smaller, weaker, and slower on the sled. Every session in this plan has a job: keep the lifting in, build the conditioning on top.
Station by station.
All 8 race stations are in the program: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag work and wall balls, starting in week 1 and peaking at race pace in week 5. Most people lose their minutes on the stations, not on the run. This is where that time comes back.
Built for first-timers who want a plan instead of guesswork. For lifters who signed up and do not want to trade their strength to finish. For anyone who raced once, got wrecked on the stations, and wants a real plan for the second one.
Six weeks, four sessions a week. Every session written out, with a warm-up and cooldown for each one and blanks to log your times and weights. A fueling guide with the same protein target I use in stage prep.
You do not need to be a runner. If you can run 2 to 3 km, you can start this plan.

FAQ
No race experience needed, but you should be comfortable running 2 to 3 km and doing basic strength movements. Week 1 starts there and builds.
Yes. It also works for people who have raced once, struggled on the stations, and want a real plan for the second one. Plan on 4 training days a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
A gym with a SkiErg, rower, sled, kettlebells, dumbbells, a sandbag, a medicine ball and a pull-up bar, plus somewhere to run. Missing something? The plan has a substitutions page with a swap for every station, so a regular commercial gym works. Still stuck, message me and I will give you one for your setup.
Losing size is what happens with most Hyrox training. This plan is built to stop that. Lifting stays in the program and the fueling guide keeps protein where it needs to be.
No. The fueling guide gives you a protein target and a structure to hit it. No meal plan, no banned foods.
As a PDF, sent to your email right after checkout. Open it on your phone, print it, take it to the gym.
Pick up where you left off.
The plan builds week on week, so do not skip ahead to catch up.
Do not double up to make it up. Pick back up at the next scheduled session and keep going.
No. It is a 6-week build for a race that is 6 to 10 weeks out. Week 6 is a taper so you arrive fresh, not fried.
